when you use your gold bars to get extra chances to pass a level, whatever number of unused turns that are left over, you should be able to move forward with those chances until they are used up.

Thank you for report it, Ill Pass this to the game team . In the meantime Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and play any level
If the Level still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

It would be nice if Moderators actually read the questions or comments and if only helpful answers were marked as such by real people who have read both the question and the answers.
I think you misinterpret why King offer players ever more extra moves for 10 gold bars @Cookie2017 . It is all part of the game to make us spend gold bars passing levels which are impossible to pass. It's a pay to pass feature. You don't really pay the gold for a specific number of gold bars, you pay to pass that particular level, King just like to make the payment more enticing each round by giving the illusion that we get more for our gold. It's a bit like the "buy one-get one free" marketing trick that makes us buy food that we can't eat and then end up throwing in the bin.
