I qualified for the winter cup 1st knockouts but now the event is gone from my app

Thank you for report it . Ill pass this to the game team , In the meantime Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game --and replay a level

Is it possible you changed the date on your phone at any time while the event was active? Doing so will make the event disappear.

I have the same problem but i do not think King will rectify soon so i am considering to give up the winter cup!
