How do you pass this I don't have the power to pass it I could've won that race but stuck

If you are out of gold by level 290 then there is not much point playing. The game is rigged to require gold bars to pass legendary levels. You need to save your gold when you are playing levels 1-200 and then win every episode race using the gold you earned in the first 200 levels. I personally would suggest just quitting and either downloading the game afresh and starting again from the start, or finding a better game.
