this week my game started freezing up. I’ve deleted and reset the app. Nothing seems to work. I’ve even tried different devices.

Do you see that ! on your game map or when you try to open profile from the top of the game map? Did you try to click on that ! and see what happens? Can you please post a screenshot of your game map for me?
You said your game has been freezing! When did this start? Does it freeze while middle of playing a level or on the game map? Do you see a "grey screen" when your game freezes?

it looks like this. Nothing happens if I tap on it & nothing happens if I view my settings or anything. It’s just there.

When I had that Red exclamation mark on my profile, it showed that my "Player Card" had a new design/version! That's it! It is not a big deal.
I would suggest you to click on your profile icon (instead of that !). You will see that now, your player card has more statistics. Once you open your player card and close it, that ! should disappear👍️ Can you please check and let me know?
