Level failed
right after I beat level 6739 I switched over to my text messages to reply to my friend, when I came back it already had me on level 6740 and it immediately popped up and said “level failed”. I hadn’t even gotten to play it yet!! I had boosters that were about to expire that I could have used, it broke my streak, and kicked me out of the candy royale race. I spend way too much money on this game for things like this to happen and I’m a little more upset than I should be about a game. 😠

Hey is your level 6740 like this or could you post the screenshot?
You asked the pop up “level failed! no more possible switches”, right?

I am very sorry to hear about the glitch with level # 6740 in your game!
When we start a new level with "win-streak" boosters and the pre-game boosters, some levels do not have many open spots/tiles for us to make a move. When that happens, the game board does not "shuffle" the candy pieces but, immediately fails us from the level, which causes to lose our win-streak, etc.,!! Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do in this situation!
But, thank you for reporting this level🙏 I will send this to our Community In-charge, who will pass it on to the game team to tweak the level for future players.0
