Payment for purchasing problem

I received a replacement iPad and just about everything moved over as I’ve always backed up however, I’m unable to make purchases now. I can’t find anything anywhere to help with this issue. I can make purchases on other apps but not this one.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the purchases!

    Are you trying to use the Gold Bars? Do you see any error message when you try to make a purchase? Can you provide a screenshot of that pop-up?


    Do you still have your old iPad? If so, have you tried to purchase something on that device and see if it works on it?

    I got a replacement iPad. I rent this. Everything was saved in the cloud except it seems, this game. I’ve purchased other things as is usual but I don’t get as far as being able to purchase gold bars. I have this pic on my screen or an internet bar as in searching for a connection.

    I bought some gold bars on my iPhone but although they’re showing in my iPad, I can’t use them. States store unavailable constantly and won’t accept that I want to use my gold bars. Please advise, I’ve tried everything.
