Request for Assistance: Missing Events candy royal and Ads
I am an active and loyal player of Candy Crush. Recently, I noticed that I no longer have access to special events or the ability to watch ads to receive free rewards, such as extra moves, lives, or boosters.
This issue has significantly impacted my gaming experience and made me feel at a disadvantage compared to other players who still enjoy these features.
I kindly request that you review my account and investigate why these features are no longer available. I have ensured that my game is updated to the latest version and that I am always connected to the internet while playing.

Hi there,
I understand that some of your in-game features and events have disappeared and I'll provide you with more information on this.
Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.
Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the features will return, and we are unable to add the features back manually.
I will pass your feedback on to our Designers back at the Studio. In the meantime, be sure to keep your app updated, and you’ll have loads of adventures ahead!

As this is an open forum for players to advise one another I would like to make an addition to the answer you received from the official King Game Expert.
Any player who spends real money on any of the in game offers will automatically lose the ability to watch adverts for boosters. That is a well established fact we know from experience and which I have personally tested out on three occasions. King want to make a profit from the game, which is their prime motive for deciding who gets which events. For example you may lose Candy Royale if you keep winning it. I have also found this: The more I win the less frequently it shows up in my game. Every so often players are allocated to new test groups for all events, there is a reshuffle based on what King have found to be most profitable and we all get a bespoke concoction of events to ensure our games remain "challenging" . The game is possible to enjoy and play if you make the most of whatever events you do get. Check out some of our threads in the Discussions forum for more information and discussion of specific events. We all get different events and play a different game. I personally enjoy playing without adverts the most and I do think we get some events in our games to compensate for the loss of adverts.
