I log into my game on my iPad and up came a brand new game on level 1.

Did you make sure that you are logged into the game? In King Saga games, the game automatically starts us at level#1! Hence, asking!!
If you are logged into the game, can you please post a screenshot of your game map from both devices?

Pummy, attached is a screen shot off of my iPhone. The screen shot off the iPad shows level one with a different Avatar

Pummy, the problem is fixed. I don’t know how but when I logged on I was back to my ongoing game. Thanks for your help
