Hi and Welcome to the King Community
If you play on a mobile device you may be able to sync the two accounts using the device. The first thing you need to do is sign out of the game with whichever account you are currently using. You do this by clicking on "{My Profile", then sign out on the next screen. You will then be taken back to the opening screen again but this time it will say "Played before?" Click on that and then on the next screen sign in with your other account (if you were playing via King.com then sign in to your FB account or vice versa). Then go ahead and try and play a level and hopefully the game will take you to the same level you were playing on.

King made it possible to sync our accounts directly on our mobile devices. Please see below for detailed steps⬇️
How do I create a King account?
- On mobile and the Windows app, go to the "Profile" in your game and disconnect from Facebook first if you’re logged into Facebook.
- Then choose the "Register with an email" and follow the steps OR if you already have a King account, choose the option "Log in with email".
How to sync your King account with Facebook?
Your accounts will automatically sync as soon as you connect to both platforms.

I have not tried this as I have synced my game long time ago on King.com webpage! Please let me know if you have any questions and/or experience any issues by typing below❄️☃️
