Hello @Football2015 Welcome to the community!
There is no second key on this level because we are meant to unlock the box below the dragon. We need to use the frog to unlock the box. To do this charge the frog a second time and then move it to the empty space just above the caged dragon. Don't try to land it right on the box itself, that is not possible, but you can definitely place the frog in the empty space above the box and that is how this level is meant to be played.
