How can we move progression for Facebook to king account?

I've looked through all older messages but the procedure doesn't work anymore.

The settings button is nowhere to be found.

Can you please advise with a new procedure.

You are not able to find the Settings button as informed in the discussions you found because, the King.com webpage changed and now it is useful only for redeeming Gift Cards!

Can you tell me which device you are using to play the game? Also, did you already create a King account?

Yes, I already have a King account and I am using Android devices.
