Which device are you using to play the game?
When you start the race in a new episode, in which place do you find yourself? Does it show as if you are in the last place and all others have already finished the race?

Yeah, I appear as the last in the race. Right now, everyone else had finished. At some point. I was third and fourth.

Hi, I think I typed in answers to your questions as comments.
My phone is an Andriod phone.
I am the last place now, but I was third and fourth previous. As mentioned, I did several more races and that I am stuck.

Hello. To spell out how to contact Player Support: Use Settings in the game. This is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. From there tap on the ? icon. You will see a list of options. Press on the one that seems most relevant and scroll through all the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Use this to contact Player Support. But there is a chance all you will get is an email sending you back here. The first automated email should be followed up in a few days. If it does not then reply to that email. Good luck!

It's a merry-go-around @yimtse and you not the first person to have this happen to them, being shifted around from one place to another. Unfortunately both the Player Support and now apparently the community use automated systems to answer queries like yours. I am not sure I can help you as I am only a player of the game like yourself. Perhaps @PummyRaj or @Colorbomb_Collector will be able to get back to you then as they are representatives for King, so I tagged them.
