I have been stuck on this level for too long. I watched YouTube videos already. Playing without boosters or gold bars at the moment. I need assistance. @christinewupp @MannyFae

I have updated some general tips and here is a copy:
Anyone coming to this page for help please note that all the tips are very much out of date in 2025. The game has changed very much. Levels 1-3000 have all been redesigned and all play pretty much the same.
These are my tips for anyone starting to play Candy Crush in 2025:
- Do not spend your gold until you reach level 200. You will need to have gold in your account when you reach levels 205 and over. Before this the game will let you win every level eventually within the moves given. Replay the levels until you pass.
- Try to win every episode race to earn the
gold bars. Every player can win this, the opposition is just recordings picked by King for you to "compete" against. It is all about the time it takes you from starting to the finish. So never start a new episode (i.e. pass the first level) unless you have time to play all 15 levels. Candy Crush cannot be played without having gold bars. So use them wisely. I would recommend to never spend them on a level not marked with a skull, for if you do you will run out. Unmarked levels will usually give you a lucky board to help you pass within a few attempts. - Don't be fooled to keep your win streak at all costs. Many levels are designed to be impossible on the first try but will then be easy on the second try ( especially the earlier levels 1-200)
Mechanisms to pass most levels depend on making combos of special candies. Many legendary levels are impossible to pass unless you make a colour bomb/wrap, colour bomb/stripe/ or several wrap/striped combos. If the game does not drop the right candies for you to make these combos you will not pass. For such levels (normally marked legendary or nightmarishly hard) you need to keep gold in your account to pay for extra moves. If you get close enough use the gold on your first attempt. If you are not close then forfeit the level and replay it until the game offers you enough moves for 10 gold.- To improve your chances of passing
legendary and nightmarishly hard levelsalways play starting colour bomb and wrap/stripe for these on your first attempt. But only on your first attempt!. The first try on these levels is always your best chance to pass: You will have the win streak booster as well as the pre level booster. The game takes this into account and may allow you get close or to pass with these. If you get close use boosters or pay gold to pass. If you fail then do not waste any more boosters on these levels! Once failed replay until you can pass with extra moves and pay the gold for these. - And of course I must not forget this one: If you get to watch ads for free moves or boosters in your game do not make a purchase with real money: The moment anyone spends real money in the game the ads disappear.
This level will allow you to pass once it gives you chances to make special candy combos.

👍️ You are quick, @Deal_One. As always I'm late to the party, but it seems I found something interesting thanks to your request.
Do any of you have a streak challenge that restores your candy necklace if you win? I just found out that it works on old levels. While playing my own episode, I accepted the win streak challenge. I then scrolled down to check this level, won it (with ads), and got my win streak restored. Don't know if it was a one-off bug, or does it really work this way.

It looks like you can accept the challenge, scroll down to an easy old level, win it, and get your Candy Necklace restored to have a better chance on your current level. Needs more testing, though.

Hi @MannyFae and @Deal_One. I do see this offer in my games as well but have never tried scrolling back. That is certainly interesting and a good tip! Of course the other offer, the fishing boat one, also works in a similar way. If you deliberately fail an old level five times you'll be given timed boosters, then refill your lives with lives from friends and up you go to your current level with half an hour's worth of timed wrap/stripe.

Yes, I use this too. Rarely, it gives 15 minutes of color bombs and lollypop hammers, which is nice too.
