Hello @aleena2711 Welcome to King Community. This is happening due to your internet stability. Please get in touch with your internet service provider and let them know about your internet speed. Also check your phone about updates and have enough space to get the game updated when its available. Thanks

Is this the first time you have experienced this issue?
There is no way to say what went wrong in that particular situation! It could be the connection on your side or an issue on King server itself!
If (when) it happens again, all you can do is close the pop-up window and close the App โ restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes and attempt to purchase again.
Was any money deducted from your account earlier?
