Wrong email used when registering on new device

Question

hello, my friend tried to transfer her account to a new device, and accidentally used the .com version of her email address instead of the.the.co.uk version.

We do not have access to the Hotmail.com address, so we cannot reset the password.

Can you help us change the incorrect email address so that she can play on her new device?

She needs to log out of the game on the new device. Then log on using the correct email. That should be quite straightforward. If she has a King account: Log out. Then go to " Already have a King account? Log in with email" at the bottom of the save screen in Settings/My Account. There input the correct email and password and it will load that account.
