A Few days ago in notice that after trying to collect rewards from watching ads when I attempted to use the rewards they wasn’t there / removed ? What happened at those times ?

The same thing has been happening to me for the last two weeks. I should have collected over 50 free swaps and lollipop hammers after watching ads, but they keep glitching and disappearing down to 0! Super unfair and wasted so much of my time watching ads. Nothing I've done will recover them.
Also, I was on a very long win streak with the supercharged color bomb, and then the next game opened up and automatically failed, saying there were no possible moves. How could there be no possible moves when I hadn't even made a single move yet? The game was rigged to end my win streak, champion's race streak, supercharged color bombs, and all the other rewards that came with the streak. It's just been one glitch after the other and the levels are already hard enough in the upper-mid 17,000's. Some episodes have 4 legendary levels, 3 nightmare hards and a few super hard and hards spread out over 15 episodes. This game is becoming impossible , and then throw in all the glitches on top of it.
