Game fault

hello, I’ve been playing game for quite some time and have spent a lot money towards the game to proceed through the levels. I got to level 4,200 and the other day the game glitched and when signed back in I am now back at the start. Is there anyway to correct this so I don’t have to go back through levels I have already completed.
