I lost my streak, because of internet connection but the internet was connected properly. I lost 250 win streak because of the bug, i didn't take screenshot of my streak before starting the new level. And i also lost the dubbed booster candy. I need my streak and dubble booster candy back or I'll delete my account it happened with twice I'm not letting this happened to again. Reply as soon as possible or I'll not opne this again,, solve my problem. Thanks
Hello @VasuGusain Welcome to the community! We are a players' community here and cannot help you because none of us work for King. We can only advise you. Unfortunately the advice will have to be that there is nothing even King can do. They do not ever reinstate a win streak either because they don't want to or because physically they can't do this. You could contact player support, which is the way to contact King about any game related matter but if you lose a level because your game froze or would not connect to the store, then there is no way to reinstate your win streak.
