Log in after leaving Facebook
Hello, my current level is 16810. I used to connect thru Facebook with my email yumiyoung10@gmail.com, but I now deactivated my Facebook and want to connect with just my email. But when I try to log in with my email it takes me back to level 1. Can you fix that? My username is yumchen and I don't want to lose my level. Can you please reset my password, so I can log in without Facebook at the level I'm on? Thanks so much, Yumi

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your level progress!
It looks like you have already created a King account to save your game progress. Now, all you need to do is to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and request them to restore the progress to your King account.
I would recommend you to send your complaint directly from your mobile device/App version. If you need help with this, please let me know.
