Hello @laurita1987🤗 A Warm Welcome to the King Community!
I am sorry to say that not all players receive the Ad videos at the same time, as this feature is still in testing in Candy Crush Saga game!
While the testing is going on, only few groups of players will receive these special features for specific period of time! So, until your turn comes, you will not receive the Ads videos (or any other special features)!
To be added to King's test groups, all we can do is to — make sure that our game App is regularly updated to the latest version, there is at least 2 GB free space on our device memory and we are active in the game! After that, it is just a matter of time!
