Reconnecting my new facebook account

Helloo, i had linked my facebook account in candy crush but now my facebook account is blocked and can't get its access. But, i had also login through my king.com account. So what can i do now to connect my ongoing progress with my new facebook account ?

Can you please clarify something for me?

The Facebook account that was blocked - was it the old account or new account? If it was the old account, did you create the new account to replace the old one?

Did you disconnect your game from your old Facebook account?

Also, your new Facebook account and the King account - do both those have same email address (please do not share the email address here)!

At first, my candy crush was connected to a facebook account. I was at 6000 level. I have connected to my king account also. But suddenly that facebook account is blocked now. But i can still have access to my king account. Now i have created new facebook account. So if i want to connect my new facebook account with my existing progress of candy crush, what can i do ?

So, the other detail I need is, the email address you used for your new Facebook account and your King account - is it the same or 2 different email IDs?

The best way to sync both your King account and your new Facebook account would be, by contacting the King Player Support team.
