Is anyone having problems losing hammers and switches over the past couple weeks? I spend hours watching ads to obtain such items and come back later (often same day) only to find the items I just earned have disappeared, even when I leave the game open. I have played this game for years and never had this problem until recently.
I welcome comments/suggestions.

I need a clarification/confirmation please… are these the boosters you have earned in "Sweet Cinema" feature?
If so, are you losing only Lollipop hammers and Free Switches? How about other boosters like Color bombs, Striped & wrapped candy, etc.,
We did receive few more complaints and the issue was reported.
Which device are you using to play the game? Do you have any screenshots for me to show to the Community In-charge team?

Thanks for your useful reply. Yes, the boosters are being earned thru Sweet Cinema. It appears that only the hammers and switches are lost but I have not checked the others (I have many of the others so don't check/monitor those inventories). I use an Apple I13 iPhone to play the game. Not sure I can post a meaningful screenshot. For what it's worth, I lost boosters on three separate occasions yesterday (Sat 1/25, would collect them and come back later to find them missing).
I appreciate whatever can be done to fix this problem. I enjoy the game but securing/collecting these boosters is a key part of my play strategy. Without this capability I would probably discontinue my play.

The game is still broken. Today I lost all the hammers and switches I earned thru Sweet Cinema from late yesterday and this morning. Very frustrating!
