I cannot play Candy Crush
Have not played in a very long time, tried to play today and cannot due to regulations, cleared cache ect still nothing, emailed the link to be told its due to my age I am not permitted. Im 55 so surely im not too young, how can I adjust this any help gratefully received

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Do you live in UK? Couple of years ago, a restriction came in UK about the age if the settings did not match their restrictions, those players are experiencing this issue! Could that be what's causing you this issue🤔
You said you have "emailed" the link! Can you please tell me whom did you email to?
Which device are you using to play the game? Do you have any screenshots of the message you see when you try to log into the game?
