Alien invasion prizes disappearing

I won the 4th level alien invasion today, and got the treasure chest/ prize about an hour ago. After this I stopped playing - I DID NOT use any of the in game boosters. I just began playing again and noticed all of the prizes I won are not there. I don’t have any in-game boosters. I noticed this happened last time too, but figured it was a glitch and forgot about it. Is this happening to anyone else??? It’s so frustrating.

I checked the discussion page it looks like several others are posting that when we restart the game any won boosters are not saving. I would like to have all of the boosters I won with the alien invasion (level 3 AND level 4) put back onto my account.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
I did not see the complaints about prizes missing from Alien invasion! But, we have received complaints regarding the boosters missing that were collected in "Sweet Cinema" feature!
With regards to prizes from "Treasure Chest" - I am assuming this is same glitch as Sweet Cinema, and I will report this issue as well!Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? And, which version of the App do you have right now?
With regards to "Alien Invasion" — are you missing only the prizes or the event as well?
I forgot to make a note of my boosters, so not sure if I still have the boosters I won in the Alien Invasion! But, the event itself disappeared from my game and I was one episode away from "Gold" chest😕
