I played level 6633 and beat it. The board said I still had a gum price left when I in fact took them all out.

I have found a video on YouTube showing that in this level the magic mixers create some bubble gum and you must have been very unlucky to have unlocked and destroyed them too soon before they could spawn enough to fulfil the order. There is no warning in the level according to the video, so it probably is not supposed to happen. Try to not play any double colour bomb combo and to not destroy the last mixer until you see that enough bubble gum is on your board next time you play it.
