Since you have confirmed that you got "Oops" message, I do not need a screenshot! This must be the first time, you are experiencing this glitch, isn't it? There are some other levels that act like this when we use boosters to help us!
I am sorry that you had this glitch and lost the level, win-streak and the boosters because of it!
Luckily, the Candy Studio is working on these levels and making tweaks on those! Although this won't help you, it will help the players that reach it in future! I will report the level to our Community In-charge immediately, so that, they can pass it onto the game studio🙏
Yes got a oops message as soon as my boosters loaded
I was a 12 level win streak and had “super” icing power balls not sure what other boosters loaded
I did not do a screen shot - never thought of doing a screen shot

Did you see a "oops" message? By any chance, did you take a screenshot of the screen?
Did you have "win streak" boosters as well as pre-game boosters to help you in the level?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
