Why do I have to keep updating Terms of Service several times a week?

This is the 4 time in less than 5 days I had to accept Terms of Service. When I do this I'm treated as a new player. My events disappear and I have to play a few rounds before they come back causing me to lose out on what I need to collect for the events. AND even though I played the same level several times, then it brings me back down to 5 extra moves at the end of the round. What's up with that? I'm at Level 5444. I don't need instructions on how to play! I checked and my browser is up to date and I cleared my cache and it work ok for 2 days. I play on Facebook

Once again updating Terms of Service Daily, which sets me back in my game play. I have to then paly a few rounds before I can access the Treat Machine, my Candy Box and Wheel Spin….why? Also it sets me back to the beginning with my progress on the level I'm at, even though I've played the level several times, it doesn't pick up where I left off, it starts me at 5 moves if I don't complete.

Unfortunately, this is one of the backdrops when we play the game on Facebook - browser version! It is the Facebook that keep updating their terms and forces the updates on us, which causes the loss of our saved boosters and stored lives! And, like you said, the game thinks we are a newbie to the game - irrespective of the level we are at🙃

When I asked our Community In-charge, I was informed that the only way to get rid of this inconvenience is to change the device/platform - either to a mobile device or to Windows 10/11 App version.
