My gme is in trouble

I am still stuck with this issue. Every time I open the game to play, after playing a level, this weekly contest result opens.And when I try to claim it my game gets stuck here until I close the whole game app and reopen it. And it all starts again.... I'm very sad I'm irritated from this situation please help me please delete this weekly contest result please do something
