How to replace my Facebook account

I want to stop using my Facebook account as it will stop and I wan to have a standard direct account to play Candy Crash Saga . I don't won't too loose my progress/history. I am almost at level 8000.

I find so many topics about this on the internet but not a simple stepwise description what to do .

My discussion has the status " answered " but it isn't . I still don'f find how to convert my level/progress information to an own account. I assume the account that I use here to login in the proper account to also, play the Candy Crush Saga game .
