I Can't claim it yet it can't disappear each tim it pop-up i wont do anything and it's just right there and I can't play game anymore

I was talking with our Game Experts' team about the issue in your game and they suggested something!

Can you please try to finish the displayed task (collecting 2 color bombs), and see what happens next?

They also wanted you to try some troubleshooting steps! While you try collect 2 Color Bombs, I will look for the steps for you to follow👍️
