I hope you have changed the password of your Facebook account! If not, please do that asap!!
Then, take a screenshot of your current game map, which will help for the King team to assist you with restoring your game progress (just in case)!
I would suggest you to create a King account and sync your game progress with that, which will help you to save the game progress at all times!
