I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Gold Bar rewards!
Did you try to log out of the game - restart the device and log back in? If not, please try that as it would help for the Gold bars to appear in your game.
With regards to Gold bars disappearing from your game, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and report the issue.
