I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with some of the Ads! Whenever any of the Ads cause glitches or issues or freezes, the best way to deal with those is to report those specific Ads to the King Player Support team.

Please follow below steps from your game App⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
