You can easily transfer your game progress to your new Windows 11 PC by following these steps:

1. Make sure your game is connected to either a King account or Facebook on your old PC. This ensures your progress is saved online.
2. On your new Windows 11 PC, download Candy Crush Saga from the Microsoft Store.
3. Open the game and log in with the same King account or Facebook you used on your old PC.
4. Your progress should sync automatically!

If you had boosters or extra lives, they won’t transfer because they are stored locally on your device. If you need help retrieving purchases, you can contact Player Support through the game:

• Open Candy Crush Saga
• Go to Settings (gear icon)
• Tap the ? icon
• Choose a topic and then select Contact Us

If you are playing on Facebook or King.com using a web browser, then nothing will be lost. All are saved on the account.

If you are playing via the Windows app, that you downloaded from Microsoft Store. In this case all should be saved as well, but like an a mobile device, the Boosters and Lives may be lost since they are saved on the device.

If you lose your progress or Gold Bars, these can be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account. Any lost purchased Boosters can be restored by Player Support.
