🔧 Daily Win feature disappearing

Daily win feature has not been working in my game for nearly a month now , all I get fron CC is check the helpdesk or community they dont ever try and fix …. very frustrating

Ahoj, ještě jednou se pokusím o vysvětlení mých potíží ve hře Candy Crush saga, hraji tuto hru už několik let, jsem v kole 9587, do loňského května jsem po ukončení hry dostávala tahy na víc nebo se přehrávala reklama, kde si mohl hráč počkat na nějaký ten bonus a mohl, třeba hru dokončit.Mám telefon APPLE, SAMSUNG, tablet apple a na žádném z e zařízení mi to nefunguje, jak je možné, že mé sestře se tyto odměny neztratily?? škoda, hra mně bavila ale ted bohužel mě to přestalo bavit ….děkuji za každou radu pomoc

I too am having that issue. Yesterday i won day 6 but was unable to collect. Very unfair, please fix! And credit me with daily win day 6

When will the Daily Win feature be fixed? I lost a weeks worth of boosters last week and have not seen the daily win since. Seriously considering deleting the game after 5 years of playing. Stop saying you are working on it and fix it!!!!

I recently asked that you close this account but tonight I realized why I need it. Please review your records on the Weekly game that runs for 4 days or more. I was the number one player but I still don't have any rewards for it. I'm also the winner of the Lucky game and I got the 10 party boosters immediately. The Weekly game ended some hours ago and I got nothing. Kindly, check your records please.

If your new weekly race has not shown up yet then close the app, reopen it and play an old level. When I did that my race prize came up, with a delay.

We’ll pass on your feedback but in the meantime, please try the following out to make sure all is good with the game:

Restart the game – Close and reopen the app.
Play a level – This sometimes triggers missing rewards.
Check your internet connection – A weak connection can cause rewards to disappear.
Update your game – Make sure you're playing the latest version.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game

Why has my daily win disappeared from my events page? Very funny how this occurred when I had all the stickers and went to claim them and everything immediately disappeared.

I can’t use my daily treat machine. It is frozen and won’t go anything when I press START. It just defaults back and makes me exit without awarding a treat from the machine. It’s been like this for at least 2 days!

I used to enjoy Candy Crush, and the Daily Win feature motivated me to play daily with its rewards. However, recently, this feature disappeared from my account, while some players still have it, which left me feeling frustrated.

I wonder why this change happened—was it a technical issue or a decision by the developers? I hope this feature returns soon, as it adds fun and motivation to keep playing.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
