been trying all day to get onto the next episode, but it won't- just stuck on page saying "you were 3rd. good job"

I'm up and running again. It took ten days but I'm so pleased to be able to play again !
I am up and running again. Look through my latest posts and use the Contact Us link via Email and report it that way. I'm not sure anyone is constantly checking this board, It worked for me.
My Episode Race initially stuck on the 3rd and finally today, the 11th it is finally fixed. It didn't all work at the same time but took several hours throughout the day for everything to work properly. I was in contact via email with the Contact Us area of this page…lower bottom of the page. Anyway, It took a week but I am once again playing with 0 problems. Good luck everyone.
My episode race has disappeared, I was on a win streak of 50 plus times! When will it be back?
Found a fix that worked for me. I deleted the 2 cookies associated with Candy Crush Saga and restarted my PC. Everything worked again and started up exactly where i left off.
Please find a fix for the Episode Race frozen screen. Gamers should NOT be the individuals trying to find a way around this dilemma. It's been DAYS since this first happened with no updates from King. What is going on behind the scenes, please?

I am also playing on my laptop while also being logged into King.com and have also messaged directly to the 'Contact Us' via email. I have gotten 4 emails back telling me someone is working on it. This is going on now 7 days. I have done everything possible from my end to fix it, I tried what you suggested and it did not work for me. It is not an Us problem, they should at least give an update. . It is highly aggravating having been a player over a decade and money spent.
I have the same level 10282 for 5 days.
I play on my laptop on King.Com account and have had frozen screen for 5 days. My laptop and game accounts are up to date. Support sent me here to find answers and found more frozen accounts but no fix. After being frustrated for days, today, i cleared my Cache (not cookies), logged out of king account, waited few minutes and logged back in (holding my breath) and found myself lucky and able to play again. I really dont know how, what and when but mine is working. Hope you can find your fix.
Was stuck on level 5301 now i am playing to 5310 (unfrozen) Fingers crossed.
Any updates on a fix? I play thru Facebook Gaming.

I contacted them and I followed the instructions, no joy. They also said to come here to ask if any players had a solution but it seems I'm not the only player having the same problem. Hope King can sort it out soon.

If playing on Facebook on chrome, try opening facebook on say microsoft edge as I did, I then completed the level on there and the one on Chrome then altered too. :)

For more than 4 days now, I only get the screen saying 2nd prize in Episode race without any further step possible, nothing that can be clicked. No buttons, no possibility to play ANY of the levels of the game Please help.

Playing candy crush on my computer thru facebook but after i won a level in third place, screen froze and won't go to next game. I shut down my computer and put in back on but my candy crush screen is still frozen. It lets me hit the play butten, then goes right to where I was before in third place and doesn't go anywhere else. Screen looks darker then usual. How can I fix this?

I am on level 5061 and just got an episode race pop up saying "You were in 2nd. Good Job!" But now the pop up will not clear so I can continue to the next level. I have restarted my PC and closed the game several times and it still won't clear.
