Hello @Anna50 Welcome to the community. Congratulations on your progress. There is no prize in Candy Crush for reaching any level. Players receive a few boosters when they reach milestone levels, and you should have received these when the game gave you the 10,000 banner, but there is no other prize. I think that the banner we can see at the top of your screenshot is an advert and has nothing to do with Candy Crush or with King.
