I want to switch from my Facebook account to a King account for Candy Crush Saga.

Hi , I play candy crush saga mainly on my iPhone and iPad. I always used my Facebook account to play . However, I want to stop with Facebook and switch to a King account. I can't create a King account because the app on my iPhone does not ask for it . It always says I am connected via Facebook . I am not sure if the account I created to be operational here in this forum can be also the account to play the game. I was looking for a stepwise description what to do to create a Kings account to play the game on my iPhone and to switch my progress (level 8040 higher ) to that King account, so that I can play without a Facebook account.

If you’d like to transfer your game progress from Facebook to a King account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a King Account

1️⃣ Open Candy Crush Saga on your device.
2️⃣ Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the bottom-left of your screen.
3️⃣ Click on "My Profile."
4️⃣ Select "Sign up with email" and create your King account by entering your email, password, and name.
5️⃣ Tap "Create My Account."

Step 2: Sync Your Progress

1️⃣ Log out of Facebook in the game’s profile menu.
2️⃣ Close and restart the game.
3️⃣ Log in using your newly created King account (select "Log in with email").
4️⃣ Your progress should transfer automatically.

If your progress doesn’t sync, don’t worry! You can contact King Player Support for manual help:

• Open Candy Crush Saga
• Go to Settings (gear icon)
• Tap the ? icon and choose Progress Issues
• Scroll all the way down and select Contact Us

I followed the steps and Step 2 did not sync the progress . I started with my King account and need to start from scratch , level 1 and I was on level 8057. I took contact with King Support and I hope they will contact me to inform me that the sync is possible. Thank you for the tips and trying to help me .

This can be closed . Candy Crush Support solved the progress and migrated all to my Kong Account.
