If your levels and gold bars are not syncing between your PC and smartphone, can you try the following steps to help fix this:

Make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices (Facebook or King account).
Force close and restart the game on both devices.
Check for game updates in the app store and update if needed.
Try logging out and back in to refresh your progress.
