ゲームを起動してステージを始めようとすると強制終了してましまいます

アルミ缶の上にあるミカン

ゲームを起動してステージを始めようとするとロード画面で止まって強制終了してしまいます。

スマホの再起動、アプリの更新、インストールのやり直し、全て試しましたが変わりません。

インストールし直すと、数ステージまでは問題なくプレイ出来るのですが、しばらく進むとまた強制終了するようになります。

強制終了しなくなるにはどうすればいいですか？

When I start the game and try to start a stage, it stops at the loading screen and then force closes.

I've tried restarting my phone, updating the app, and reinstalling it, but nothing changes.

I reinstalled it and can play through a few stages without any problems, but after I progress a while it force closes again.

What can I do to stop it from force closing?

candy crush level 11297
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with green line across bottom problem
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuck…
