I don’t have ads! And request for lives!
whenever I send a request for a life, no matter how many times, my friends say they don’t receive them. Countless people have reported this. I also notice that when I do get a response, it’s maybe 4 lives a day from separate people when I have been requesting multiple!
also, I no longer have ads and that’s really annoying because on super hard levels, I don’t get the option for ads. This makes me want to stop playing the game all together if there’s no help with lives or moves.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
