Hi on level 6127 the game cheated I was at the end move to get the prise but it didn't work although I tried many times and waited for it, it

Let me clarify how the rewards work:
The gold bars shown in Candy Royale are the total prize pool, which is shared among all players who complete the required levels. For example, if the pool is 500 gold bars and 10 players win, each player will receive 50 gold bars instead of the full amount.
That being said, if you believe there was an issue and you did not receive the correct rewards, I recommend reaching out to Player Support so they can check your game records and assist you directly.
To contact Player Support: Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon). Tap the "?" (Help Center) and select the topic related to your issue. Scroll down and tap "Contact Us" to submit a request.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
