Have been stuck for 15 days and frustrated

Even thou have been able to clear the entire board with the exploding bombs 4 times in one game with 10 plays left, yet have yet to move on to the next level. Stuck at level 525 . Also very frustrated that on the constant push to "buy credits"! Appears King is more interested in pushing purchases. Have contacted King via email, and have yet to receive resolution.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been stuck on level 525 for so long… I can understand how frustrating that must be 😞

Would you be able to share a screenshot of the level? Some of us are at higher levels, so scrolling back would take quite a while.

An image would help someone in the community take a look and offer some useful tips to get past it!

Hello @phiocajun You should not get stuck at level 525 for 15 days! The game will allow players to pass this level eventually. Also my level 525 does not have any bombs at all, so please could be explain exactly what the problem is here. Do you actually pass the level but your game freezes and does not allow you to move on? If so then please could you post a screenshot of what you do see when you pass the level?
