Hi there,

after the last privacy update on the game, it reset itself from level 17155 to level one. What happened to all my levels? It's been 2-3 days since it happened.

Also, everytime a privacy update comes on, i lose all the lives i had saved. I play on my PC thru Facebook and also on my phone but I do not want to merge the two games. The one on my phone is ok, just the one on the PC got reset and I dont' usually get privacy updates on my phone.

    Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
