So basically when I start a new chapter of levels and I complete a few levels after I close the game and come back later. For some reason the game puts to the next chapter of levels without me ever completing the ones before.
I login with kingdom and I use bars in order to win the level easier to show what happens.
Maybe I could report it to the player support team once there are new levels.
So do you suggest to take a screen recording of what is happening to me. But that would not be possible because I tried to fix the issue myself and now I have completed all the levels in result of my attemps to fix it, so now know I don't have anything to show.

As you can see from the post I linked the player was advanced through the levels of their Episode Race and hence on their map as well. The example I gave is not the normal complaint of the Episode Race being finished when started, but the lesser known problem of always finishing first just by starting a chapter and then exiting the game.
Hey there! Thank you for the help, however, that is a different issue. What you are describing is an issue that players sometimes report to us which is related specifically to the Episode Race, in which when they start the Episode Race, the other players that are competing against them have already finished the Race. In this case, @Plamen_Marinov seems to be reporting advancing levels on the map itself, meaning, levels on their account, when they leave and later return to the app.
I advise reaching out to our player support team with a video of the issue, because we can only investigate this by checking your account and by seeing the issue happening:

Hello @Plamen_Marinov there exists in the game a problem whereby when a player first starts an Episode Race everyone else has already finished, so they always come last. This issue is widely reported and is an issue that can't be fixed by King. What isn't widely reported on is the issue of always finishing first just by starting an Episode Race and then exiting the game. In my three years of playing you are only the third person that has posted about this issue. My guess is that your issue might be as common as the other issue, but people don't post about it because they are essentially receiving free gold. There is no fix for your issue either and if you report it to King their 'fix' would be to remove the Episode Race from your game.

I skip entire chapter after I complete one or two in the previous one like I stated in the comment. Now do you understand?
No I used gold bars in order to beat level 18441 faster, when I used up all my moves I used gold bars to get more in order to win and to show you what happens

Sorry to butt in here @Plamen_Marinov but you state that these images were taken five minutes apart, but could you please verify in which order these images were taken? I would expect the screenshots to be in chronological order, but you stated that you skipped an episode which would mean the second picture must come first. The top one has the smaller gold balance but it is a higher level than the image at the bottom. So if your game skipped up an episode, as you stated, it appears in the process you lost gold bars without playing?
I want answers the questions.
Thank you for the pictures. I can see that your Gold Bars balance also changed between pictures. Did you use the Gold Bars or did they change on their own like the levels? In addition to that, do you perhaps have two login methods, Kingdom and Facebook, or just one of them?
So basically these photos were done in a span of 5 minutes after I completed the first level of the new chapter I closed the game and after I started it as you can see i am on the next chapter

when I open candy crush the task bar comes up on the screen and does not go off I have to keep turning WiFi and mobile data off to play the game but when I go to the next turn the task bar comes up and does the same thing.
