I paid money for extras to help with the game, and it crashes when I'm extending my level. This is getting incredibly frustrating as I'm paying money to keep the game moving and then by it crashing or closing out it's ruining my ability to pass a level and taking away things I have earned to keep the pace I am at.How can I actually talk to someone real about this? TIA. King games is about to lose me as a well paying customer.

Hello @NiborOyam I'm real alright, but unfortunately I'm just a player like yourself so I can't help you. I'm not sure if King still has a lot of real staff, but you could try contacting Player Support. They would advise you that you are having connection issues. This is an ongoing problem with the game and my best advice would be to not spend any money on the game, especially if you do find this sort of thing happens to you. The only way to contact King would be to use Player Support which I link below, but it is very difficult to get anything but automated or cut and paste answers.
