My iPad died and cannot access my old account on my new iPad.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
First, ensure you’re logged into your Facebook or King account on your old phone. Open Candy Crush, go to settings, and find the option to connect to Facebook or King. Once connected, your progress automatically syncs. Next, just download Candy Crush on your new phone, log into the same Facebook or King account. if this not works. Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
