At level 8700 and all of my boosters will not reload and disappeared

I worked hard to get boosters built up and then they disappeared and will not load even after winning levels. I don't see that I need to upgrade the game. Any ideas why? Emailed the tech support with no help

Hi there and welcome to the Community! It's possible that you are currently on tutorial levels in your game, in which case you will not be able to use your boosters for the time being. From the game map, please tap on your profile picture at the top and check if your boosters are shown there in your inventory.

Hi @Tikihut and welcome to the community. Usually if you don't delete the app then each time you reload or reopen the game all your inventory should show up. What does your inventory show when you click on your profile picture? Are you sure you did not delete the app and reinstall it? That certainly does lose all your boosters, so it is something we never recommend to do here.
