Can't continue game with gold bars!

This is the 2nd day that I'm unable to continue playing with gold bars. Also twice I've earned boosters but they did not appear in my game. I'm also not receiving the bonus lives but i just figured it was over. Why is it when changes are made to the game something else gets messed up?!

I can't buy boosters while in a game either. I tried buying lollipops with gold coins but could not connect to the store.

    • What happens when you try to use your gold bars, do you see an error message or does nothing happen?
    • Are you playing on mobile (Android/iOS) or a computer?
    • Have you tried restarting the game or checking for updates?

    In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:
    Restart your game and device to refresh the connection.
    Check for any updates in the app store.
    Make sure your internet connection is stable—sometimes weak connections cause game features not to load properly.
