Candy Royal Event Glitch
Hey candy crush community whenever I Play candy Royal Event I bounce out because of opening other applications or even simply answering a small phone call, why is this glitch happening Everytime 😭 whenever I play this event, last time I was so close to win gold bars already it was showing me 60 Gold bars and then this happened, I am very upset 😭 😭 😭

Hi @harsh_123, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your candy Royale progress after asnwering a phone call.
Please note that every device has a limit of how many apps it can operate at the same time, as well as battery saving configurations. That means that when you put the game in the background to do something else, such as answering a call, or a message, the device usually closes the app data usage automatically, but leave it sleeping there until you open it again.
Unfortunately, when the device does that, the level you were playing is taken as a failure precisely because the data was closed, and then restarts.Hope this helps provide some clarification about this reocurring issue and have a sweet day!
